What it covers

Prairie coverage for national programs

National rollout companies usually have their eastern and western coverage sorted and a gap in the middle. We are that gap filled: a single Saskatchewan-based installation partner who can cover Saskatchewan, Alberta and Manitoba with the same crews and the same reporting.

The premise of rollout work is that two locations built to the same prototype are never actually identical. Glass layouts differ, wall textures differ, landlords have different rules about install hours. We survey each address before production, track every site in one matrix, and report status so your project manager is never guessing.

  • Surveyed per addressEvery location captured on the same template before production runs.
  • One status viewSurvey, artwork, production, shipping and install tracked per site.
  • Access pre-clearedLandlord, mall and security approvals handled before the install date.
  • Regional sequencingInstall calendar built by geography to reduce travel cost.

Scope

What we manage

The moving parts we take off your desk.

  • Survey program

Standardised survey of every address with a variance report.

  • Location matrix

One tracker covering status per site from survey to sign-off.

  • Receiving

Delivery coordination and staging where sites cannot receive.

  • Install scheduling

Sequenced dates by region, coordinated with site contacts.

  • Consistent crews

The same crew leads across waves so quality does not drift.

  • Per-site reporting

Photo sign-off and exception notes for every address.

Practicalities

How a rollout runs

Send the site list and the prototype package. We come back with survey scope, a proposed sequence and the exceptions we already expect to find.

Questions we get asked

Plain answers to the questions buyers and building owners ask us most.

How long does a commercial installation take?

Most single-site retail or office jobs are one to three days on site. The bigger variable is access, not area: what we can complete in one night in an empty store can take three evenings in a trading one. Every schedule comes out of the survey, not a rate card.

Do you install outside business hours?

Yes. Night, early morning and weekend work is normal for us, because most commercial spaces cannot close for an installation. Retail décor, office branding and elevator cab work are routinely done after hours so the space is trading or occupied the next morning.
